Went to Crémerie Pineault on a Friday night around 8 pm. Two girls were working behind the counter (very fast and efficiently, handling the cash, making the ice cream desserts, and reloading machines with ingredients). There were (in sets and families) 17 people before us. We were served within 20 minutes. When we left, 35 people were waiting in line. Obviously, this is a popular place for ice cream, and people waited; no one left despite the long line stretching outside the facility. I took a 3-ingredient soft ice cream cone (peanut butter, banana, coffee). DELICIOUS! It was like having breakfast in the form of a cold dessert. Lots of flavour, neither overpowering the others. My cousin opted for a "coupe glacée" with hot fudge and peacans and she said that it was delicious, as well. Definitely a cute, hidden gem in...
Read moreat 8:30PM on Canada Day, we waited 53 minutes in a ridiculous line. People meet up with their friends and family and add another 4-5 people in line, which means the wait just gets longer. No control.
We ordered 2 normal ice creams with two flavours each which cost an exaggerated 15.50$ ! The flavours are extremely disappointing considering the wait. You order thinking you’ll get the best soft serve ice cream ever yet you’ll take your first lick and automatically notice it’s practically tasteless.

No where is it written anywhere on the item that there is nuts in it. This is very upsetting, thankfully we took the car there instead of walking or else we would have had to call the ambulance. Do better Pineault is this absolutely unacceptable and could have resulted in a serious accident had we not had a car and been able to get to his medication fast enough. This happened about 10 minutes ago June 21st at 9:30pm. This is a very serious matter that should have absolutely had the...
