Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I'm not the type to leave BAD reviews but this time something really got me ! August 7 around 1 30 an employ around 20 years old and long braids yawned in my face!he was also leaning on the counter like it was at the bar when I was ordering . Me and my wife we were in shock !! I'm in food business too and as a manager i would never hiring somebody rude AND lazy like that .. on top of that after i repeat 3 times my order(BECAUSE HE WASN'T LISTENING) there was a mistake with my food after i got charge . Not even an apologies he didn't even look me on the face and i was about to ask for a refund and leave !! I call 3 times to speak to the manager but the line was busy !How can you work with people if you don't know how to behave ?? AND HOW CAN YOU EAT in front of clients And not even wash your hands ? I hope the boss is gonna say something or watch the cameras because if he catch somebody with a bad day is gonna tell him off . SOME PEOPLE SHOULD BE TRAIN PROPERLY And LEARN HOW TO LIVE IN THE WORLD ! 5 PEOPLE LAUGHING AND CHILLING AND THE TABLES WERE DISGUSTING !! Poor generation !! IM NEVER GONNA CAME BACK PLEASE...

It's far for being a one time experience but I need to take the time to write this. The service is slow, with wrong order and lately I got the "sassy" intercom and cashier ... The others comments mentioned before. She was arrogant and disrespectful and the only reason I finnished to order was because the line was full and no way to get out from the Tim driveway. It doesn't worth your time and money this kind of experience. Drive 20 meters more and get a MacDonald service. They are quite strict for the public service. PS. The girl in the desk was so rude but me and my mom thought that maybe she was just having a mood, but then when they gave me the wrong order, and also my drink didn’t have whipped cream like I asked on the counter.
