Disappointing Experience I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. While enjoying my poutine, I discovered a screw bolt in my food, which was quite unsettling. Despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, the response was shocking, and the issue wasn't properly addressed. The overall customer service left much to be desired. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously for the sake of improving their food safety and customer relations. Manager admitted to this happening & no refund from restaurant or Uber eats provided…. I paid 60$ for two trios and a hotdog.

Définitivement la meilleure Belle province à Laval. Celle de Des laurentides et chomedey peuvent aller se rhabiller tant au niveau de leur prix ridicule et de leur mauvais service à la clientèle. On est aller prendre pour emporter pour la première fois aujourd'hui et honnêtement vraiment impressionné. Le service à la clientèle était excellent, rapide et généreux. Les portions pour le prix comparativement aux autres bellepro's ou la belle province est beaucoup mieux que la majorité. J'ai demandé extra sauce et aucun cout additionnel. Généreux, délicieux et avec amour, il n'y a pas mieux comme combinaison Un petit sourire ça va loin. Merci à l'équipe pour votre service et courtoisie incroyable.

J'avais une envie de poutine et pour un fast food c'est correct. J'avais pris un trio 2 hot-dogs avec une poutine. J'aurais préférée les pains grillés plutôt qu'à la vapeur mais c'était bien tout de même. Les frites de la poutine était peut-être légèrement trop cuite et pas fait au moment même puisque c'était un peu mou. La sauce était bonne et j'aurais aimée un peu plus de fromage. Sachez que les portions sont très bien et généreuse. Mais le service était super rapide en moins de 2 mins j'était servie (le temps que je paie ma commande). Je crois pas retourner là-bas souvent mais disons 1 fois par an quand j'ai une envie de poutine rapide.

J'avais une envie de poutine et pour un fast food c'est correct. J'avais pris un trio 2 hot-dogs avec une poutine. J'aurais préférée les pains grillés plutôt qu'à la vapeur mais c'était bien tout de même. Les frites de la poutine était peut-être légèrement trop cuite et pas fait au moment même puisque c'était un peu mou. La sauce était bonne et j'aurais aimée un peu plus de fromage. Sachez que les portions sont très bien et généreuse. Mais le service était super rapide en moins de 2 mins j'était servie (le temps que je paie ma commande). Je crois pas retourner là-bas souvent mais disons 1 fois par an quand j'ai une envie de poutine rapide.

What a great restaurant. It has a really cool vibe, friendly staff, very inviting. Staff know my wife and me and take time out to wave and talk to us. Food is consistently very good. Service is quick, food is always served hot and taste is excellent. From the pizza, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, poutine, submarines, absolutely no complaints! Great value, very reasonably priced, never feel rushed when I eat. Highly recommend this particular restaurant. Great job guy, keep up...

Very sad to hear that Angelo’s no longer the owner of this gem. Unfortunately, the new owner clearly does not know what he is doing and the prices that are listed are not what they charge you. This guy boosted the prices like crazy and does not have the decency to advertise the legitimate prices and these prices were increased with 0 improvements that could justify them. Shoutout to Angelo for still making a mean poutine despite...
