Le Poutine Bar Laval — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

this place used to be good . with that said avoid this place if you value your health and expect good service .. the last times of ordered from here the food was lacking eg not fullly cooked , cold , and portion sizes change constantly . on top of that they pick and choose who they will serve . I ordered 2 nights in a row back to back cause we had a craving .. 50 bucks worth of food by uber . the first night the order was cancelled after 1h 15 min of waiting , when i contacted uber to see why they said the driver broke down ( lies) .since i had a credit and uber cash i tried the following night .. my poor uber driver sat there for 30 min waiting then uber diver contacted me to say the restaurant wont make my order , i called the poutine bar and they guy tells me he is just very busy and serves the people in the restaurant first no matter the priority ,, wth????? but promisses me he fulfills all his orders if im patient .. i agree to those terms to see what happends ... 10 minutes later the restaurant cancels my order again .. the uber driver says this happens all the time with poutine bar. its simple people . he doesnt care about his failing buisness . refuses to fulfill uber/ skip/ door dash orders ( then remove yourself from the apps ) and if you do magically get your unicorn of a poutine you might get very sick as other people have posted . dont give this restaurant your money you will...

We went a little out of the way in west Laval. It was difficult to chose which one we wanted to try out of the impressively long list of themed and creative poutines packed with a huge variety of ingredients. Classic poutine base, the right fries, a quintessential sauce and everything is built from there. As it should be. Most of them were very interesting but we unfortunately couldn't have more than two as we decided to also try their smash burger. A smash burger in every sense - even the bread is flattened. Unexpectedly delicious, juicy and crispy patty topped with a familiar sauce and just the right size to compliment our giant poutine.

As we discovered, this restaurant is quite large and we would've have loved to access the bar area but, unfortunately, on karaoke night you're only allowed there if you're singing and no one wants to hear us sing 😅

Went there for the karaoke night which was super fun! Everyone is so nice and supportive and you don’t need to have pipes like Whitney Houston to enjoy it! The food is good too I hit a regular sized poutine which was more than enough for me and they use those good ol la belle fries and a dark rich gravy so you can’t go wrong. They have so many options so there’s something to suit anyone’s taste. The toppings are plentiful as well. I’d you’re looking for a good poutine in that area this is the place to go. The service was very fast as well but it also wasn’t so busy too. The prices for the food is good for the portion size and they’ve got a lot of drink...
