Amir — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Unfortunately the quality and the quantity of the food has gone downhill at all Amir locations. Been going to Amir for the last 30 years. I can tell you although they are charging double for their food now, their quantities have halved. There is barley any chicken in their pitas anymore. I can say with confidence less than 50% of what they used to put. Not to mention Amir has changed their classic garlic sauce for this new sauce that is basically tastes like mayonaise, garlic powder and vinegar. Unfortuanently Amir as a chain has lost my business. I went to the Amir at 4505 boul Arthur Sauve to enquire about catering for my brothers wedding. The owner Hassan was such a gentlemen and professional. We catered shish Taouk sandwiches for 2 different houses, they were delicious and beautifully presented. They even delivered to both addresses. They confirmed all details before the big day and even checked in after the event to make sure everything was to our liking! Ok so new administration has taken over this place thank god! The owner is super nice and when I told him how the old owners were horrible and the food was dry he was eager to show his improvements. The whole place has had a facelift and is no longer dark and shady. It is spotless! You know have a choice of more than just two salads available and he actually gave me some taboulé for free.
