we are today Monday Morning August 7th. I went to order a coffee with my two kids in the car at around 8H30 am. 2 cars were in front of me and we did not move for at least 5 minutes. Eventually the first car went to the window and the second car followed 2 seconds later. I waited to order but no one was answering. Thinking that the car in front of me also went to proceed fast , I thought they were having issues with their microphone service. I arrived at the first window and the lady made me a hand gesture to hold one for one second. A gentleman came shortly after and told me that i didn't place my order. All i managed to say was I was waiting for 5 minutes.... He cut me off and started to yell and swear at me. Telling me to get out of the line or to go back and re do the entire line. I never got the chance to explain to him why i advanced to the window. I advanced to the second window asking him if he would let me speak ?? continued to yell and swear at me through the window.... The other employees in the background were looking at him with intense confusion. They were also looking back at me as I was just as confused to what was going on. He continued yelling and whipped out his phone and began to dial 911 ???? showing me his phone screen through the window. My kids began to cry and were really upset. We have already filed a formal complaint to the Mcdonalds at head office. I am still in shock and baffled by this person. We managed to snap a picture of his face........

However . . .
What disappointed me the most over there is their customer service. Your best bet is to order from the order machines (which barely ever have paper in them to print your order so you will have to memorize your order number). Trying to order at the stand is a big waste of time. I went to get an order while the order list was nearly empty, and it took a good 20mins, even more in fact, of me just sitting down and wait because a group of teenagers were having a good time chatting and asking free food from their friends who worked there. It was rather upsetting as I saw the young janitor done with his shift and waiting a good 10mins for a cashier to show up and take his order (since they were all busy fooling around). Lastly, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. Lots of shouting from either employees or customers that end up being friends of certain employees there. There is 0 respect given there.
TLDR : If you are not in a hurry, like... at all, then you can head over there... as a last resort. I wouldn't call this location "fast-food" as it is the opposite of it. Most employees chat with their friends and do not focus on the task at hand. I am officially not ever...
