McDonald's — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

The worst experience possible I asked for the manager there was no one/ I asked for the assistant manager it was a young child /McDonald's uses kids to run with this supposed to be a professional Outlet/ assistant manager was insensitive to my request/ I asked her to write the response on a letter to sign it which I will hand over to McDonald's headquarters Corporation which I plan to do today as the event happened last night /I asked who the owner is as I wish to speak to a real human being professional and this uncooporating insensitive person so called an assistant manager said no this McDonald belongs to the corporation /I can understand why the employees were indifferent to the clientele request/ personally I don't suggest anyone to go to McDonald's outlet owned by McDonald's corporation as the employees are insensitive to customer requests and they are all children basically of age working and have no training in clientele relationship/ I rate this restaurant very poorly not one out of 5.but 0 out of 5 /anyways know that the journal de montreal last week published an article stating that McDonalds foods is the worst in health and calories content/stay away from McDonald's to preserve your health /everything they make is full of sugar which is poisonous to the liver /McDonald's is propadging liver disease cirrhosis to the mass populace especially children at Large for the sake of their profits/ McDonald's is no different as damaging liver in human beings then cigarettes are to the lungs of a healthy human being/ ask them to remove sugar from they're cooking content and they won't because that would mean that they would go out of business and...

The slowest service I've ever experienced at McDonald's and the worst quality food.

I ordered through the McDonald's app and was told that my order was ready for pickup. I had chosen the pickup at the cash option. When I arrived there were several cars parked up front which was odd, I went to open the door and it was closed. I turn the corner to see several people waiting in front of the drive thru window while one person is waiting in their car. They were all delivery drivers who had been waiting 30 minutes for their orders that this McDonald's accepted. They were knocking on the window, at the door, calling the phone number of the restaurant. but no one was answering. Finally someone comes out and gives one delivery driver a part of their order and heads back inside without giving more information. I had to wait even longer for my simple order of 2 Burgers and nuggets. By the time I got my order they had only passed the original drive thru car and half the order of another delivery driver. The wait for the drive thru was almost completely to the street.

When I looked at my order the food was absolutely disgusting. The nuggets were burnt to a crisp and the big macs were horribly made and they were missing the extra ingredients that we paid for.

I contacted McDonald's and haven't been able to get a refund for this order.

I would never recommend this McDonald's to anyone, avoid...

people here are wilding. I went here with my family and i went up to order as per usual.And at the counter i was giving in my cash and the worker placed a 25 cents coin on the counter and stared at it deeply and then he started licking his lips in a very seductive manner. He stopped and looked up when i stared at him and then he quickly went back to licking his lips in a very seductive manner except this time he was looking at me. I can't lie i got turned on a bit and something in me switched.
