Basha — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I go often but now I will eat somewhere else. The food and the service is good but eating in the dining room is either fine or miserable. One occasion the place was overrun by the local high school students on their lunch hour. Around 12:30. They raided the place like a swarm of extra loud and disrespectful crows. Slamming doors and moving chairs and tables and gumball machines around like they owned the place. Blocking people inside their booths by putting those things right beside their tables. The most recent occasion the owners/staff decided that because they were hot behind the counter situated at the back of the deep restaurant and while we were sitted by the door they opened the doors wide while it was a very cold and windy 5°C outside. I recently visited Basha Restaurant and had a great experience overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentically Lebanese. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate, The service was quick and friendly. The staff was attentive, helpful with the menu, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Even though the restaurant was busy, I didn’t have to wait long for my food.

The atmosphere is casual and clean, with a welcoming vibe. It’s a great spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner, whether you’re dining in or taking out. The portions are generous, and I definitely felt like I got good value for the price.

If i could put a zero star I would. First the women is touching all the things at the cash( credit card/ machine /money) and then doing the sandwiches just after.... there is germs on the cash.... the service was long and they where very not pleasant peoples. The meat was dry both beef and chicken. I ordered a saj sandwish and when opened up to eat it was falling apart and the way they rolled it up was very loose and weirdly made.
