Fantastic restaurant! We’ve lived in the area for 18 years and finally decided to give this little gem a try! The food is phenomenal. Excellent quality and taste for the price! I have no complaints to make whatsoever! The service was fast and every single person we interacted with was kind and very attentive to our needs. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer (with marinara as a dip), and we each also got served the complementary bruschetta. It was perfect and I only wish we got more bruschetta, it was so good! As entrées we got the gnocchi ragu, ravioli with rosé sauce, and grilled salmon. No complaints whatsoever. The pastas were saucy, just how we like!!! And we didn’t even have to ask for extra sauce. The salmon and vegetables were cooked perfectly and were very tasty. Our Santa Cristina Chianti bottle of wine was of great value and paired perfectly with our meals. For dessert we had one cappuccino, one espresso, and one tiramisu…. BUT it was so good we ordered a second tiramisu. We had a great experience and will most definitely be back soon! Do not hesitate to...

Ji

Magnificent Italian restaurant animated by a management of young entrepreneurs. The modern location is well suited to the concept of the owners who offer traditional cuisine without contamination. From the products used to the chef, everything is tuned to the Italian channel. Excellent service that welcomes customers with spontaneous kindness and without intrusiveness, making the diner feel part of the family. Adequate prices in consideration of the fact that the products are all made in Italy and therefore subject to the Canadian duty. The wine list is noteworthy. Well done !!! •I'm sorry to read negative reviews related to the price of the food. As I have already written, the products used are of the highest quality, imported, therefore subject to Canadian duty. If you get a Parma ham, a fresh burrata and you want to spend a dollar this is not the place for you. As for the slowness of the service, we are in an Osteria, the atmosphere is familiar, people come to these places to eat well, stay in company, socialize and not get stressed. For those who like fast service, I recommend a fast food restaurant, which is more suitable for pockets and the speed of leaving the table after a...

First of many times coming here. One of the most authentic Italian restaurants when it comes to the two of the 4 Roman pastas available. I personally prefer Amatriciana over Carbonara but both are excellent options. Using just guanciale and pecorino to season the dish is always a plus in my book though it may be a tad salty for some so you may want to add some black pepper. Food may take time to come out but it comes out freshly made so worth the wait in my opinion(15-20 mins). Pizza was napoletana-style pizza. Thin crust, soft on the top with a crunchy crust and undercarriage. 4 formaggi was good. Will go for the margherita next time. The tiramisu was excellent as well. Creamy, fluffy and light. Not overly...

I came here with my Italian partner and a friend expecting nothing and we all were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, it’s not often that you find real carbonara made the Roman way, let alone a good tiramisu that’s not too soggy in Montreal and the nearby areas. I’ve read the reviews as well and if you think the food is not good, I’m sorry but you should rethink your whole approach to Italian cuisine, maybe you like American-Italian style only.
