Drove from Kirkland to try this out based on the excellent reviews. They were out of souvlaki (two massive orders wiped them out) so had a pork gyro souvlaki to see the taste. Owner threw in a free fries and all I will say is YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE. The souvlaki was delishious but the fries were the best fries I have eaten in 20 years. Will update the review when I go back and try the rest. April UPDATE Went back but called in the order first. The fries were still outstanding, almost think the place should be called GREEK FRENCH FRY HOUSE. Forgot to mention they give you a side sauce with the fries. The souvlaki pork pita - excellent marinated meat, the owner takes meticulous care not to overcook the meat. Generous tzatziki and tomatoes, and it was excellent. The side salad is traditional with a French style dressing, generous portions. Will again update the review when I try the greek salad. Cannot say enough good things about this small family run business. Never understand why people go to Marathon when you have places like this to go to.

We ordered the family pita package and added 3 additional chicken pita as it was advertised that each additional chicken pita was 1$. (1$/ch pita de plus au poulet). Wa asked about this while ordering and they confirmed it was 1$ additional dollar. The menu in google also show 39.95$. When we went to pick up, we asked to review the bill as it amounted to over 90$. The person at the cash asked us where we saw the price and when we said google, he laughed and said it increase since. It look like the menu n google map,is several years old but he did not even look concerned and indicated that they will do an effort to remove the incorrect menu from google map. Also, for the 1$ pita, he mentioned that it is to change the porc pita to chicken. Again, no apologies for the incorrect wording in the menu. In summary, the pita was delicious even if they took 90 minutes to prepare our order while they said 60 minutes initially but they really did not take ownership on having misleading information advertised.

This is simply one of the best places to order souvlaki. Was used to ordering elsewhere but a friend recommended this restaurant. The pork souvlaki plate was delivered hot and delicious with a side order of amazing French fries.Salad was very fresh ; Perfect portions , also very affordable. Simply delicious! The owner seems to really care about the quality of food that is served. Wish they had calamari tho! Please try this restaurant; you will not be disappointed! What a gem! Was a little surprised, but this order was lacking. Could be because I ordered an hour before the restaurant closed. My souvlaki was thin and just full of tomatoes, barely any tsatki sauce. Judge the picture for yourself.

Very good food and service.

I had an issue with tomatoes not being exactly "ready". Maybe an issue with the supplier or having too many orders and having to go through stock quicker than expected? I wouldn't complain if it was just the tomatoes in the pitas but having the greek salad full of unripe tomatoes made it more obvious.

To remain on the greek salad subject, I know everything's is expensive nowadays but putting only one kalamata olive is just..a tease. There should be laws against that. Lol

Also, the menu on the website is quite a bit misguiding in terms of prices and I have to admit that was not an appreciated surprise. For two meals it came to 7-8 bucks more than what is advertised. Although this is not a huge amount, it was a bit annoying.

In terms of meat no complaints, I wouldn't exactly say that it totally beats places like Vieux Grec, Village grec, Marathon or other good greek food places but hey it's definitely good enough for me to not want to drive the extra minutes to get to other places out of sainte-dorothee.

The tzatziki is very good and I wish there was a bit more in the pitas.

The fries are suprisingly crispy and I'd say pretty much the best potatoes/fries I have had in...

Prices are great and the quality of the ingredients are unquestionable, you can tell by the taste. Met with the owner while waiting for my counter pick-up, and you can see the love he puts in the place, but especially in his cooking. Good job and sincerely, thanks or should I say... ευχαριστώ.

I need to emphasize how delicious the food is here: fries are homemade, not too crispy not too soft, perfect. Vegetables so fresh and crunchy that I was able to distinguish every single one in all my bites. Pita bread is perfectly toasted on the grill and yet, not hard, wasn't even soggy when I started eating it at home. Best pita bread I've had. Chicken, juicy and grilled as it should, marinated with what I can only assume is the freshest Greek oregano. Pork is the same and my favorite. I tried their house mayo and it's amazing. It actually made me forget tzatziki even exists, and everyone who knows me, knows it's one of my favourite things. Don't consider this as me putting down GR's tzatziki as theirs is delicious, not the sour cream version you find at other Greek "authentic" spots. Go enjoy this place, I...
