The service is really bad. Called at 8h56 to place an order. I was told it was going to take 30 to 35min to arrive at my home. Called after an hour (9h51) no answer. Called back at 10:11pm. The woman answers and tells me my order is ready but they are so busy that the driver isnt back yet. She then follows to say her job is done because she made the food. So I explain to her as a business, the job isnt done until your client receives their food. We go back and forth at it until I decide to just cancel my order telling her the food has been sitting there since God knows how long and I dont want it anymore and I will order from somewhere else. She then tells me well let me call the driver and call me back within the next 2-3min. She calls back within the next 5min telling me my order is on the way the driver just picked it up. I talk about not paying for cold food AND that I had already asked her to cancel the order. She then tells me would give me 20%. I still decline the offer stating I did not want the food anymore. Someone else (the driver) calls me in regard to this (she was extremely nice) yet my experience was soooo frustrating that I told her not to bring it. The driver was still at the store (which means the first lady lied) offering me to do a whole new order and bringing it to me. She apologize and said the lady had even given tge wrong address.. one in MTL but I live in Laval. She took my name and phone # to give me a 20% off in case I would want to order another time. I explained it was not about the money, but about the way I was serve. She understood everything and agreed it did...
Read moreI’ve had two bad experiences from ordering here. The first was waiting an hour and half for my wings to be delivered only to get them cold. When I called the store to ask for something to do either a refund or a percentage off the next time I ordered I was called a liar and that I waited for my wings to get cold before I called them. The person on my phone kept arguing with me and then hung up the phone abruptly.
Then last night, I went for a pick up, I called prior to going just so everything was ready when I got there. When I finished ordering, the lady said okay and was about to hang up without telling me how long it would take for it to be ready or the price. I had to ask for the wait time to know. She said 10-15 mins. I got there in 15 mins only to see the front of the store completely empty and hearing all the workers in the back talking about personal endeavours you don’t really want to let customers hear. After waiting 5 mins, a man and a woman finally came out to tell me my order would be ready in another 5 mins. The woman was wearing the mask under her chin.
When it came time to pay, they asked me how I was paying and I told them cash and the man reached out for my money without telling me the amount for the wings or anything. I had to stop him and ask for the amount before I gave my money over. A little bit suspicious.

Read moreThis doesn’t even deserve 1 star.. I am truly disappointed with the customer service with your location on 87 boul des Laurentides in Laval. I place an order using my husbands account at 10:20pm, received a confirmation by email from tasty boom when ordering on the buffalo bills website, saying delivery would be approximately 90mins. Called at 12:03am to follow up and was told that the driver was on their way. I live at a less than 5 minutes drive and still nothing. Called back at 12:20am and suddenly driver didn’t have my adress in his route. Was then called back saying they now see my order with the confirmation number provided saying food may be cold, he’ll ask the driver and he will call back. Called back at 12:35am and was told they are making a new order and will send it out and that the driver took the picture of the wrong adress. Told them I wouldn’t pay for my food for all the inconvenience over wings that don’t take 90 minutes. Was told a 50% discount and I refused as this was the drivers fault according to him and I am not responsible. Truly horrible experience and horrible customer service. Buffalo bills must take corrective action in taking care of how the employees that represent the company provide service....
