Restaurant La Bi-Coq au Soleil — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

A simple, no-frills restaurant located on Levesque Blvd East in Saint-Vincent-De-Paul area of Laval. The location is great for those who live in the east end of Laval as there are very few restaurants in the area. I don’t believe there is a parking lot, however, of the two times that I have been, I have never had issues with finding street parking. The restaurant gets very busy between 10am and noon as most breakfast restaurants do. If you arrive before 10am, you should have no issues with seating (even as a group). The dishes ordered are pictured: very simple (maybe due to my choices?) I suspect their clientele are regulars from the area, which is great. The service was very good; our waiter was pleasant and helpful and checked in on us often. Yes, I would return if the opportunity arose as I love to encourage local businesses. We were cycling around Laval and came across this place. They have a small patio out front and the gentleman who served us couldn’t have been more accommodating. The coffee is good and the service is great. Ordered a ham,Swiss and asparagus crepe. Delicious, filled with a generous amount of ham and nice Swiss cheese and fresh asparagus - and a generous helping of the crispiest and most delicious breakfast potatoes and some maple syrup on the side. I just wanted to share how much we enjoyed our visit to your brunch spot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and vibrant. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

This was hands down one of the best brunches we've had in a long time. Thank you for creating such a fantastic place to enjoy great food with great company. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
