Subway — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Was very disgusted by the young man behind the counter this evening at 7pm. I was wait to be served young man come from the back store while the other young man was helping another client. The client had asked for something. The young man serving me stop servicing me to help his co worker. While doing so the young man never removed his gloves opening up counter doors went to the back room and came back never changing his gloves an proceeded to make my sub putting his dirty gloves in the steak. I told him that was totally disgusting what he did and didn't seem to care at all. I will never return to this subway restaurant...

Honestly, it's a really great place and had a good experience. When I walked in, I noticed that it was very clean and had no visual problems with this location. When we went up to order the food, their staff was very kind and very easy to talk to. There were no communication errors, and all the food was correct. We ordered a family platter with a lot of sandwiches, and all of them were very tasty and fresh. And after that we also got lots of cookies and also the footlong cookie which was all fresh and warm tasting...

Saw lady scrape the floor HAND ON THE FLOOR then go touch the paper on which the sandwich will be BEFORE putting on her glove… she also didn’t washed her hand before thats disgusting.
