Today at 5:20am, right before I go to work I wanted for once to stop at Tim Hortons for breakfast, unfortunately I was ignored for more than 5min at the drive-thru (thoigjt mayne it wasnt 24hours after all) just to pass next the the front of the store to see people inside. The employe could have easily said "sorry I dont take drive-thru order and just come inside" but no, he ignored everybody (was at least 3 cars behind me) we all needed to park and come inside (some of the people behind me left) and once inside a lot of item were missing, the employe seemed to be alone and I blame management for that because how are you a 24hours fast food and only schedule ONE employe to do everything during rush hour in the morning??? First of all, poor guy that is trying to do his best but also if you can't manage to run the restaurant 24hours, dont open the restaurant 24hours period. The meploye got screamed at, people were rude to him, which is still undurstandable but is for sure not its fault. And ive been coming to this Tim Hortons for the longest time but since they changed the owner a year or 2 ago, this restaurant has been the worst everytime I try to go back. Id rather drive 6 more minute to get to the one on Concorde. Management really need to step up their game because ive been reading all the review, they respond that they are sorry and all but thats all words, nothing changes. Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star, I would. Drive-thru staff wave you down and make you back up so that you don’t wait in front of the window. They think we’re stupid and that we don’t know that they don’t want their “timer” to count so if you’re not in front of the window they can take forever and it doesn’t affect their quota.
I pulled up to the window and she asked me to back up. I said no it’s fine, I’ll wait right here. She said again and very impolitely to backup. I refused. She then got someone else to ask me if I speak English or French because she said to him that I don’t understand. Oh girl, big mistake, I do understand and what you are trying to do is toy with the service timer. Anyway, they I want to pay and she says her paypass doesn’t work. Read moreEmployees do not listen to the customer and do not repeat the order. I ordered a sausage farmer's wrap with extra, extra sauce and extra bacon, with no egg. I received it with no sauce, an egg and hashbrown only, no meat ! I repeated twice but clearly they didn't understand and just gave me whatever they wanted👎 the banana muffin I took in the combo was rock hard and dry. The whole meal was disgusting and went in the garbage, except for my green tea. That was good - which I was hoping would be. After the rest of my breakfast experience I'm surprised they can actually make a tea ! I do not go to this location anymore. Tim's on Concorde is 10 times better, friendly staff and good/fresh food.
