Went in to give them a second chance to fix things from the day before. I can only eat bacon and chili. Went and ordered 2 side orders of bacon, crispy, and a large ice coffee with extra base in it. Nicely asked for it not to be warmed in the microwave. They told me both days they couldn't do it. They couldn't warm up the bacon on their grill. The previous day I just left. The one on Erie St had no problem doing this. They put them between the paper and cook them. But no, this one said they couldn't rewarm them. Then she finally rang my order in, and had the girl put it in the microwave when I asked her not to. Ok. Then she started making my ice coffee and then stopped and started making everyone else's coffee. 4 people! Went in for a take out cause drive threw was rediqulous... I work at 3pm and had 10 minutes, no one was in line ahead of me... 6 girls working but seemed to ignore Tha counter as Tha line grew behind me... 15 minutes later 2 girls walk by and say one minute and dissappear in Tha back of Tha store for 5 minutes and I am now 10 minutes late... place my order LG coffee totally pissed I get my coffee and walk to my car and noticed they gave me a.medium... Went back in store and girl tried to say she charged me for a medium... I call up my banking app and prove her wrong and have to argue to get what I paid for... I just spent from 2:15an-2:26am in the drivethru for my order which was wrong, when I told the server CHRISTINE she needed to make my whole order over again because the whole order was wrong, she was a snot with attitude. Raising her voice saying “ did I make it”, while remaking the order I could hear her telling the other employee “like I have nothing better to do” when I questioned her on did she make the one order correctly if 3milk and 2 sugar because the day before they made it the opposite, again snotty attitude saying “did you watch me make it”. I told her I didn’t need her attitude and she didn’t even offer to comp me and that I’d be calling head office she told me Have at ‘er”. Very poor service and attitude. If you hate your job so much...
