Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Leamington

Long story short. Party of 8. 4 of them kids. Wait was too long elsewhere. Not knowing the area that well anymore, we decided on Pizza Hut. When we got there, the staff informed us they only do takeout and delivery only but we could order take out and sit at the table instead.

The staff at the counter were top notch. She was more than patient with our children's lengthy ordering process and corrected my counting order with ease. She was more than friendly and explained the disappointing future of this timeless restaurant chain.

The food was made right quick and was delicious as per usual. My 6 year old took it upon himself to go to the counter and kitchen entrance to ask for ketchup, to which he was met with the utmost care and patience in informing him they don't have ketchup and offered him an alternative.

It's really a shame that Pizza Hut is doing away with the dine in experience. Many childhood memories involve going to the Leamington location with my parents and sisters. I would have continued this with my family but I guess that's not possible.

Ordered pizza online, aug 29th 6pm. Confirmation claimed it would be delivered in 19min but that it was an estimation. 40 min later it was delivered. I understand it was an estimate but double the amount of time is rediculous! Pizza arrived missing part of the order. I informed the driver and he said he would go back for them and would be back in 10 minutes. He only asked that we call the store and give them a heads up. I called the store and was transferred to a call center. After being on hold nearly 6 min the call center person informed me all she could do was transfer my call back to the store but I would be transfered back to the call center if it rang more than 3 times. No answer at the store, sit on hold another 9 minutes and give up. Finally 40 minutes after the driver left, he returns with a bread sticks and apologizing for having to go back for them, claiming it was because they were busy. An hour and 20 minutes to have my whole order at my house is absolutely rediculous and then when you try and voice your concern to the store, you can't get ahold of anyone...

Pizza was alright for Pizza hut. Waited 10 minutes at table to cash out. Nobody came. Went to the cashier and waited over 10 minutes for people who were ordering and picking up to be served before me. Told one of the staff I was leaving in 30 second if my money wasn't taken. Just got additude back.

Will never go to thi location again. Only go here if you have nothing else to do all day. Staff members could care less, don't want to cash out fine in customer. Was going to leave a 20% xmas tip but the fact I sat and waited for 10 minutes and then stood and waited for another 10 minutes while staff members joked around. No way.

Edit: the server was very nice but I would suggest like any other pizza hut or NYC other dine in just take the bill...
