This had to be one of the worst dine-in experiences I've ever encountered... This Jose restaurant in Leamington seems to be full of snotty teen like waitresses and a manager who seems to just aid their behavior. Not to mention this whole ordeal seemed to be a bit prejudice. The attitude from our waitress was absurd. She first came up and gave us menus and didn't even give us 5 minutes before asking "Do you guys know what you want now?" With this look of frustration... I don't get it to be honest. Then came back 2 min later with the same attitude asking if we were ready again. By the way at this point we had water to drink and my husband ordered orange juice. Well he had drank his already and asked for another and she responded "another orange juice already?" With disgust and rolled her eyes. When we asked for ketchup and mustard she just tossed it on the table. I ordered gravy and she put it as far as she could from me. So after all that attitude we definitely were not going to tip her. So when she came with the bills my husband asked for his change and she threw it at him. We complained to the manager and all he offered was for us to sit at the bar and relax.. really right now?? Will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I go back. Ever. And when I said prejudice it is because our table was the only one with black people at it and we saw her giving all her other tables smiles and kindness. We did nothing to receive the treatment we got and I will tell everyone about this...

Read moreI had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It first began with the waitress' poor attitude. We asked what beer they offered on tap and she made us look over to the bar from our booth (which was difficult to read from where we were). She never once listed them off. Later, I thanked her for the drink and was handing over my fiance's drink to her and the waitress rudely exclaimed, "that's not yours!" Which obviously I know what I ordered and can tell the difference between a Long Island and a beer. Then, my fiancé asked if the Caesar dressing had gluten in it which she said she didn't know. My fiancé asked if she could look into it but she said she wouldn't be able to find out since it's made in house (which makes you think they should know for sure). She never even tried to ask the chefs. Then, the waitress came around to take our empty drinks but had asked our friend to quickly drink his so she could take it even thought it was still 1/4 full (so he forced it down with her waiting). We did let management know about our experience and they never responded to it. We were just looking for an apology. We will not be going...
