We were so pleased to be able to get a reservation at this restaurant - we had read lots of good things about it, but it wasn’t good, it was magnificent! From the moment we arrived, we felt like not just a welcome guest, but as if I was sitting at the table of a friend in their home.

The oysters were so fresh and delicious as well as the lobster bisque. My main course of halibut was to die for as well as the filet mignon - And the apple and maple cheesecake with caramel was to die for.

Our server, Hugo, was such a delight. He didn’t just serve us food, he gave us an experience. He knew us so well by the end of the evening that he knew exactly what wines we would like. It was a beautiful way to end our short stay on the Magdalen islands - and we will be...

Holy mother; if only I could rate it 6 or 7 stars !! What a delightful discovery! This restaurant is a little gem!

I had the Lamb ribs to start and I kid you not; they were falling the bone as soon as I was looking at them. They were melting in my mouth. My partner had the scallops which were incredible!

For the main plate we had the Surf & Turf; a lobster tail cooked in clarified butter which was so... buttery!!! (It is a bit Unexpected; a unique taster. It was tagged teaming with a wonderful filet mignon which was incredibly tender. And garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables were perfect addition to this plate .

And the prices are great for the quality of the experience.

Seriously; Come. Eat. Here. ! But reserve a week in advance at least or...

Fantastic! Their risottos seemed to take pride of place on the menu, so I tried the one with lamb and was not disappointed, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Appetizers and desserts were just as well-executed. We really appreciated the friendly and attentive service as well -- you can expect the locals to be more than accommodating to English speakers anywhere on les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, but to translate and provide commentary on the menu item-by-item for us showed their extra passion not only for the customers but for the...

Amazing presentation and food. This restaurant served well thought platters and great drinks. The food was on the expensive end, but considering the presentation, and taste, it was worth the price! The seating arrangement felt spacious but still cozy, and the servers were quick, and explained the meals well and accommodated to changes we needed. Portion sizes were small so buying more than one dish would be advised. The seal was phenomenal and would highly recommend trying the seafood risotto as well.
