A&W Canada — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I see good reviews from this restaurant, but I just went through drive thru and order 2 burgers and an order of fries. Well got home and my girlfriend took 2 bites of her burger to find a nice 3” white hair with the root on the hair! So I called restaurant and they said bring order back. The order had only 2 bites out of the one burger and all the fries. So I brought it back and they said that know one in store has hair like that?! So then they have my money back and then I was confused about getting my money back so I was standing there and the manager came out and asked what I was waiting for? I just wanted my order replaced not my money back. Then they said that they aren’t serving me cause I’m clearly a scammer?!! Why would I bring my whole order back and want it replaced with only 2 bites out of one of 2 burgers if I’m a scammer?! Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Super disappointed, really looking forward to a teen burger. It’s okay, mistakes happen, it’s what you do to make up for the mistake that is the difference between a well managed store that cares if you come back or not. We are human, made to make mistakes lol, good song. BUT when they made a mistake by putting onions and tomatoes on my burger when I asked for them to hold the onions and tomatoes, it happens. No big deal, I have to go in and be inconvenienced a little, okay, I can deal with it. But the. When the cook remakes it, he did the same thing again, AND I SAW do it, I say “nope” and he just takes them off instead of redoing it again, that’s messed up. I just wanted my money back. Just your average ordinary everyday A&W... here to serve cold food. Really though. There is nothing here that stands out from any other location and the food is usually unpleasantly cold. Half the staff need me to repeat my order 5 times before they can understand my thick Canadian accent haha. I always get a kick out of this sign that they have up (see photo). Half my graduating class probably couldn’t have spelt sarcoplasmic proteins, yet they are in the beef burgers... so I guess half the population shouldn’t be...
