McDonald's — Restaurant in Lethbridge

If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my food, I wouldn't be coming to a fast food restaurant. I just got mad and walked out on my food. If this business didn't have an already established name, it would have failed a long time ago.. This McDonalds has always had the worst service, but this time it was just unacceptably bad. Does no one come and inspect McDonalds? I know Tim Hortons is constantly inspected and they have standards to how their restaurant is run. I don't get it. Does the owner of this McDonalds even care how bad this place is being run?

The employees were all over the place and unorganized. It wasn't even busy. They were burning fries, even though the whole restaurant could here the buzzer going off non stop.. Forgetting to make people's orders.. Moving at a turtle pace. Not communicating with each-other and customers. Not apologizing for being so slow.

I will never eat here again. You can keep my money as a donation. Hopefully you use it to properly train your employees. This restaurant is a disgrace to...

I had a really bad experience today at this McD location inside Walmart North in Lethbridge . I asked for a small coffee and requested the order taker to give it in a medium cup. She said we can’t do that I said okay. As I was walking by she abused me in Gujarati Language which is one of the language we speak in India. Unfortunate for her that I knew that language and figured out what she said. I was really socked that an Employee who is Indian herself is abusing other Indian for no reason. All I asked was to give me a small coffee but in a medium cup , she could have simply refused if that was against the policy what was the need of her abusing ? I also tried to ask for her name and she refused to provide me the name. She is the manager ! This experience has really scared me and i might fear ordering coffee now. i wanted to write a review 2–3 weeks ago, but i forgot. this mcdonald’s isn’t much different from others, and i’ve only been there twice. the first time wasn’t very successful,i had to wait too long for my order. however, my second visit changed my opinion about the people who work there. a few weeks ago, i went there with my friends, and something happened that made me feel really bad. i was also upset because my order was delayed for 10–15 minutes, and i started crying ,i just couldn’t control my emotions, even if i wanted to. at that moment, the mcdonald’s employees noticed me and offered me an ice cream for free, but i refused. when i picked up my order, one kind employee gave me a free ice cream anyway and i’m very grateful to her. i hope she’s doing well, and may god bless her.
