McDonald's — Restaurant in Liverpool

I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated infront of my 3 year old son and I will not be back. I tried to call and deal with this like an adult and the first time I asked to speak to Rob and got left on the phone and could hear them all in the background laughing and what not so i hung up thinking it was an honest mistake they were busy I'll call back only to then not have the phone answered 4 times. There are managers for a reason and this is unacceptable. The service and some people working here are disgusting in more ways then one the food is usually cold but I chose to go here to get my son some food as it had been a long day and we live in Bridgewater and he didn't want to wait. if i could give 0 stars i would. never once in the past 2 years has my order been correct and I am just asking for a McDouble with ONLY cheese and ketchup and no matter how many places it is printed and stated (on the side of the bag, on the sticker on the burger, AND SAID OUT LOUD TO THE STAFF) it is never correct. frankly i dont know how difficult making burgers is but its not that hard to get orders correct especially when people are asking for things to be left off. Same ol' same ol' when You expect poor customer service, you are not shocked when it's not good. Clearly smiles are no longer free there, I see why they took them off the menu. The person who waited on me was not bad but the person running good to the drive thru was complaining about a man who yelled at her for his meal that took 30 minutes.... The nerve of him! The food was what I expected however the mcdoubles seems to be on the fresher juicier ad I saw.... Not mine however. Oh well, better Luck next...
