A&W Canada — Restaurant in Longueuil

Horrible service. The chef had made a mistake in my burger, (no bacon) so i let them know and asked if they could just add bacon to my burger. The cashier brought it back about 1 min later and insisted that the chef said there was bacon i just could not see it. I then kept saying no there was no bacon and we began the destruction of my burger, after all the pieces were everywhere, and i proved there was in fact NO bacon, i askdd for a new sandwich seeing as mine was all over the counter. The chef came to explain they dont usually give new sandwiches. After much argueing they finally agreed to make a new one, altho i didnt want it anymore. When i askdd for the manager the chef said she was the manager...no name tag. Such rude service. I would never ever go back there. And would make sure my friends and family and any body else stay clear of this place specifically. Such bad workers. Not to mention ordering my food was already the hardest task with someone who does not speak english. Bare minimum if ur gonna be so rude, at least speak the language of...

There's too much to say. Extremely slow service while it's not even rush hour. There was me and two other clients. I waited in line while the only cashier taking orders seemed like she was on medication and her other college was just looking at me waiting for the cashier to do her job while she could have taken control and probably do it 3 times faster. Then I was told that the "beyond meat" was a promo and they didn't have it anymore while it was still showing on their screens and is still showing on the web site. There's even a promotion right now for these burgers that last until december! I won't say it's the cashiers fault if she's just clueless but clearly this a&w should at least hire...

I had the best experience at A&W! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. What really stood out, though, was the amazing service. The manager was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in running a great team.
