Buffalo Bill Wings — Restaurant in Longueuil

DO NOT GO HERE.

From the moment you drive up to the restaurant, you immediately wonder if the location is clean, safe or trustworthy. The workers were not friendly and, it turns out, our order made over the phone went to a different location 40 minutes away. Why? They don't answer the phone themselves; they have a call center take the orders, but the person who took our order sent it to the wrong location. Their addresses online also don't necessarily match up to the specific location you are going to, but the worker tried to argue with us as if it was our fault.

Eventually we got our food, but the fries were not under the wings inside the same box as we had requested, and the placement of the boxes inside the bag was so poor that we immediately saw leakage of sauce visible from the outside of our sealed brown bag. By the time we got home and opened it up, so much sauce had leaked, despite us carrying the bag upright. The boxes inside appeared to have been tossed in without care, almost as if they were intentionally misplaced. As such, the wings were dry and the boxes soaked in sauce. This created a huge mess in our kitchen. A 10 year old would do a better job packaging than these grown men.

We would not at all recommend anyone eating here, at least not at this terribly...

You would think that after a pandemic and people not being able to spend their money on dining, that the customer service for restaurants would be good.

First time trying to order for this place. As an Ontarian new to Quebec was looking forward to late night eats after a long drive. Placed a simple order through Skip, only to receive an email 30 mins later saying the order had been cancelled.

When called to ask why the order was cancelled, was explained due to road closure delivery would be unavailable. This would’ve been perfectly fine if your staff had a better attitude while explaining this. The lady answering was so abrupt and rude, then proceeded to hang up, without finishing the conversation.

We the customers are trying to keep your business open during hard times and your staff don’t give a ** about proper customer service. FYI to all staff: If you don’t like your job and are miserable, DON’T work there. But do not take it out on those of us that are trying to support your jobs as well as the...

I quite like this store, I've only ever gone with pick up, but the wings have always been ready either on time or a short 60 second wait. If you like the Anchor Bar, real Buffalo, New York wing experience I recommend getting their HOT sauce. It is less hot than Franks Red Hot and very close to a genuine Buffalo sauce. I'm not sure why they recommend their MEDIUM sauce when I ask for a genuine buffalo sauce as it is more sweet than buffalo. My biggest disappointment is their inconsistency with wing sizes, sometimes you'll get really nice meaty wing like what you'd get from Anchor Bar or Hooters and other times you'll get really tiny, pitiful wings. This makes for ordering the correct amount of wings difficult as one day a grown adult can be satisfied with 10 wings, then still hungry after 15 the next.
