Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Longueuil

This is the only Dominos I'll go to when I'm in the south shore. There are others that just aren't as good and I avoid them. I ask for well done every time (and I'm very picky) and I also don't like when there's too many toppings or cheese, but they manage to make the pizza perfectly every time. 5 stars because I've ordered from here about 10 times, and each time there were no mistakes so it's safe to say it wasn't a fluke that it was just good 1 or 2 times.

Whoever is complaining about delivery time: Your order goes by priority, first come first serve. If they have a screen with 30 deliveries, but only a few drivers (who can only be at so many places at once), you can't expect to put in an order and get it within 15-20 minutes. Unless the drivers are able to teleport to your house with your pizza, you can't be upset if you order at 5 pm on a Saturday and your food takes an hour, EVEN if you live a few minutes away because the drivers can be out on deliveries (sometimes having to takes a...

It's absolutely horrible.

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas for the kids birthday party. The order process was smooth. However, the price threw me off completely 55$ for 2 pizzas!

Only because other places were not open before 11, we had to order to me it arrive faster by 11:00.

Pizzas arrived on time.... at least.

But it arrived completely burned... Literally burned with dark brown cheese on the top. Dry and tasteless.

Good thing we had other food, but pizzas were supposed to be the main hot dish for the kids, and it totally ruined the experience.

Did not have time to take pictures nor take care of it earlier as I did not want to ruin the party, but it's disgusting.

How could they send 2 burnt pizzas worth over 50$ without doing anything about it?

I placed an order using Uber Eats (Domino's takes care of the delivery so it was a Domino's staff), and once the delivery driver came to my house to give me my order, he demanded a tip before even giving me my order. I understand tips are nice to receive when you earn them. However, this guy upright demanded money for a service he poorly provided. Honestly, if you want to get some pizza, just drive to the Pizza Hut that's around the corner(about 2-3 minutes).
