McDonald's — Restaurant in Longueuil

23rd march 2019 around 19:10 I went to Mcdonalds through the drive i didn't really know exactly what I wanted so I was a little hesitant. I ask for 20 nuggets then she asks what i wanted to drink which was fine since i didn't know if it would be put as trio but i answered I wanted a burger.. she then entered a hamburger but I replied that the hamburger would be a junior chicken.. she then exhaled really loudly and said '' is that it ? '' which such attitude i was blown away. I then ask her for a Mcfleury to finish off my order then she replies(because i was speaking french) : a quoi tu le veux ton mcfleury? I honestly feel like this young lady should be talked to she needs to learn how to speak to client. I was not rude nor aggressive in my talking I was just hesistant and I could tell that she didn't like her job. So if a manager over there sees this please take note of that. Do yourself a favor and pic any other Mc Donald. Hec even go to the tims in front. It took them 20 min tu serve us 1 medium coffe and a moka... and the moka wosn't a moka. There where at less 15 employees in the kitchen and it was a miracle it wasn't on fire. The kid ad the cash had the task of preparing the drinks for the orders he took himself. Except no one else knew that and as a result he had a full cart of this stuff no one was giving to the customers, but he was errassing from the to do list. The automated cashes where all out of printing paper. A lady was asking for the order she gave 30 min prior and disappeared from the screens so the food wasn't getting out eather. If I could give a 0 I would. First off always try to find the positive but couldn't. Besides after 20 min for 1 car to move through drive through at 945 pm while I observed minimum 6 skip the dish or uber come and go. They completely messed up my order and as usual the mcfleury machine was not working. Once reaching home notice how off they were I go back and now go in during the 5 min or more it took to get someone's attention I witness an employee make 3 mcfleury for skip the dish.
