It look like remit depot losing control on employees I feel so sad about that I went to exchange an item and I have the bill the lady her name is carol didn’t let me finish explained no what I want the item bought two week before only she said two week I have no right to do nothing since when this happening she didn’t let me talk she left saying bad words and told the other girl to deal with me so sad remit depot so bad with all respect what’s going on with COVID but employees must listen and never disrespect a client this is happening in many remit depot now for some reason .

Horrible day horrible service with jasmine the manager so bad experience my coffee was free but I was charged anyway good I looked at my email receipt be carful guys from that location you think it’s free but if you setup automatic payment you will be charged . So finally the supervisor fix all issue and redound the money by fixing the error she was so kind however when you have the free coffee on your phone you could be charged anyway .
