First time in kfc after 10 years!! And last time wasn't even in Canada! Yes! Like most people I've been going to mcdo and b.king for the fast food fix instead of KFC! Specially after hearing how kfc have fallen from grace! And after eating KFC today, well, I can say that they've met my expectations. The problem is that my expectations weren't very high.

First of all, everybody is talking about 3 main issues here on the google maps reviews for this store, but we didn't have problems with any these issues: Service was not slow, food was not dry and employees spoke French. So, maybe, it changed a bit?

Now, let's go for the actual order: We began with the "mega boite" that contained their chicken sandwich, fries, popcorn chicken and potato salad. And I thought everything was good. There wasn't anything that was inedible, like some people mentioned. But there wasn't anything spectacular either. Just ok, mediocre food. A bit too expensive for what it is, though.

Then, we needed to have two more items - First , their famous fried chicken with their gravy sauce, which, again, was ok. A bit too small and expensive, though. Then, finally, the item that I saw many people mention as one the best things in KFC: The biscuits. And that was probably, the biggest disappointment of the day. When I bit it , the first thing that came to mind was: "Really? Is this what people are raving about?".

Since no one care to internally review my complain and suggest any resolution, I will leave the review. Partly order was incomplete, and when I bring it home and found out, I immediately called the branch. But, no one care, they told me submit the claim from application. I received bot message how important to them my experience. And that's it. Food ok, but if I could put 0 for the service and customer service I would do it.
