Sometimes I get lucky with a decent service at a Tim Hortons but usually I'm not, and this was the case of this morning. I placed a mobile order and showed up at the drive thru for pick up. My surprise was that they were out of cappuccino ice, because they had NO ICE. I had paid with my app, and they could not refund me, so they offered something else in replacement. Offered some soft drinks, but the 2 first we chose were also sold out, got a diet coke in the end. One of the donuts we chose was also not available, but a replacement for that was not painful. Ordered steak and cheese panini with extra vegetables. Grilled vegetables that is. Not only was I not served any grilled vegetable in my panini(tomato and lettuce instead), but at no time I was told they had no more grilled vegetables... When I tasted it, I realized it and asked for reimbursement. They refused and offered a cheaper sandwich to replace the first one. Oh, and the latter only had 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of bacon.
