PFK — Restaurant in Longueuil

It was the worst experience in PFK. The list of complains are: -None of the 7 Bâtonnets Tendres ordered did not arrive (missing) -None of the 2 Butter Biscuit ordered did not arrive (Missing) -All the 3 sandwich ordered are incomplete (missing ingredients) -the delivery came late (30 min after the estimated time), I ordered at 5:40pm and the order arrived at 7:10pm -the delivery guy complains about the cleaning and organization about the place.

I called the restaurant to complain about this situation and nobody answer the phone (7:10pm) , this is so irresponsible from the personal of that place, and from the franchise.

It is incredible, now I cannot order anything else in any other restaurant because at this time (7:20pm) all places are close because of the curfew in place here in Quebec.

I am really disappointed and angry about this. I would like a quick response of...

AVOID KFC AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order through their website, but it never arrived. Had to call the next day to inquire, and was told there were 'plumbing issues'. The phone representative only spoke French and was impatient when I tried to communicate in French.

Despite multiple follow-up calls, I've been waiting almost TWO MONTHS for my refund. Each time, I'm told it will 'take a lot of time' with no clear timeline or urgency to resolve the issue.

Poor customer service, lack of communication, and unacceptably long refund times. I've lost all trust in KFC and will NEVER consume their food again. The stress and hassle aren't worth it. Take your business (and appetite) elsewhere!

Folks, Canadian KFC has been in decline for a reason. I have not been in one in 18+ months. While other restaurants are innovating and adapting with time, KFC looks has not. It's not a bad thing, but the infrastructures, tables and chairs arrangements has not changed in a decade, at least. Retro look is cool sometimes, but it needs a good make over.

The food as you would expect. The Big Crunch sandwich is my favorite. The popcorn chicken is also great in my opinion. The authentic fried chicken is fine too. But don't go there for something else. I I overheard a gentleman complaining how his poutine did not taste great. I mean he's wasn't wrong, but KFC is to chicken.

I am happy to say that the service was impeccable. Very courteous and polite.
