Nothing bad to Say about the staff that work there, all nice peoples, Students etc. The problem is with the manager ! She is rude, but not just to the customers, she is also rude to her employees even tho they do a much better job than her and they have better manner. I caught her talking really rude to her employee and i did not liked it. I just asked for a little more vedgies on my sandwich and she was getting mad and giving me attitude ! Lol, i still left 4$tip for the other employee ! I am regular because i live very close. The employees do not even get access to a/c ! (Air climatisé) We dropping sweat and its too hot outside ! I asked the worker and they told me that it was broke since the beginning of the Summer ! The Ice machine is almost Never Working ! There was no ice at all last time and also no a/c. I saw many customers leaving without ordering and left saying it was too hot to eat inside. The manager should put priority at taking care of the employees and the customer because she is not soo professional and everybody has to pay for it ! Quite selfish. They're always nice but once in a while there will always be that one person that will give you attitude, be frustrated when you didn't make up your mind and overall be impatient. The food is served fast, so it's a good stop-and-go place. But please! Clean your restaurant! It's so frustrating to walk on a sticky floor. Par contre, il faisait une chaleur accablante dans le restaurant (presque 10°C de plus qu'à l'extérieur en pleine journée de canicule). À ce point là, c'est dangereux pour la santé et la sécurité des employé•es et des clients•es. Je ne serais pas surprise d'apprendre qu'il arrive que des employé•es fassent des coups de chaleur. C'est des conditions de travail qui sont, selon moi, innacceptables. Aussi, ça me fait me questionner sur la qualité de la nourriture. Il y a une limite à ce qu'un comptoir réfrigèré puisse faire contre une température de presque 40°C. La direction de l'endroit devrait investir dans un air climatisé.
