Here’s a review for Chicken Brasa in Longueuil, a Peruvian restaurant:
Chicken Brasa - Longueuil: A Taste of Peru in the Heart of Quebec
If you’re craving authentic Peruvian flavors, Chicken Brasa in Longueuil is a must-visit. Known for their Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken), this spot delivers a true taste of Peru with every bite.
Ambiance:
The restaurant has a casual, welcoming vibe, perfect for families and groups. It’s not a fancy spot, but it has a cozy, inviting feel. You’re greeted by the enticing aroma of rotisserie chicken, which immediately sets the tone for a great meal.
Food:
The star of the show is undoubtedly the Pollo a la Brasa. The chicken is marinated with traditional Peruvian spices and herbs, roasted to perfection — it’s juicy on the inside with a crispy, flavorful skin. The portions are generous, and the meat is always tender.
Pair your chicken with classic sides like fries (crispy and well-seasoned) or the Peruvian salad, featuring fresh ingredients and a zesty dressing. Their ají verde (green sauce) is a highlight — spicy, creamy, and full of flavor, it’s a must-have with every bite.
Don’t skip the ceviche, a refreshing dish of marinated fish bursting with citrus and chili flavors. For a heartier option, the Lomo Saltado (stir-fried beef with onions and tomatoes) is savory and satisfying.
Service:
The staff is friendly and attentive, happy to explain the dishes if you’re new to Peruvian cuisine. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait.
Price:
The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes and quality of food. It’s a great value, especially if you opt for the family meal deals.
Overall:
Chicken Brasa offers a delightful escape to the flavors of Peru. Whether you’re new to Peruvian cuisine or a longtime fan, this place is a solid choice for a satisfying, authentic meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a taste of South America in...

Today we ordered a slice of cake through DoorDash to celebrate my sister’s birthday.
To our surprise, the cake was completely hard — I honestly can’t understand how the restaurant could send something in that condition. It showed a total lack of attention to the customer. When I say hard, I mean rock hard — dry and inedible, like a display piece.
We never expected such poor quality, especially considering the slice cost $13.
Since many of their products were sold out, they kindly included a small gift — a cookie. We thought it was a nice gesture at first, but when my sister opened it today, this is what it looked like.
As you can see in the photo, it’s not broken — there are no loose crumbs — it actually looks bitten.

Read moreGood service, the restaurant staff is very attentive and ready to help at any time, the atmosphere is familiar and very pleasant, the problem is the food, they still have a lot to improve.
There are some recipes that are very well prepared and tasty and others that are disappointing.
They don't have a kid's menu!!!
Something where they fails and cannot be forgiven is the creme brule, evidently bought at Costco, the flambéed caramel with a strong gasoline flavour.
Dinner for 2 adults 1 child, soft drinks, pisco sour, coffee, chocolate cake (also store-bought) and Creme brulée + 15% tip... $150
Not everything is bad, the pisco sour is wonderful.... but all peruvian...
