Review Update 2021-10-30
Since my initial review I've made a simple test to see if they were charging for extra toppings without actually providing them and turns it they are. I have ordered 4 times since then and all 4 times I've asked for either double or triple bacon toppings and all 4 times there were about 6 slivers of bacon on the entire pizza identical to the photo I attached to my original review. Needless to say, DO NOT pay for extra toppings because in my experience, they don't give them but they happily take my money. I will be filing a complaint with the owner and file a complaint with headquarters. Review is now 2 Stars and this will not be updated further, instead I will not be ordering from them anymore.
First, we'll go through the positives. Service is generally favourable in person and over the phone even when having to "deal" with an English customer. The food is done well and I have not had issues with under/over cooked items. And lastly the price is still competitive for what you're ordering compared to other restaurants with similar menus. Overall satisfying experience.
Now for the negative, the same negative aspect I've mentioned in other reviews, is the lack of consistency from one order to the next.
Have a look at the picture attached to the review and spot the (2) two toppings bacon. Yes, this is what a double order of bacon looks like to employees at this particular Pizza Hut, and this isn't the first time that they are incredibly stingy with toppings. This looks more like "oops, a couple of pieces of bacon fell onto their pizza.. oh well", you couldn't even make a case for it being enough for a single order of bacon. I know it might come off as petty but my entire pizza had a meager 6 pieces of bacon on the entire thing (including looking beneath the cheese) and so what I want to know is, if I'm not getting enough bacon for two toppings and what can barely be considered a single topping, what's the problem? Is there some sort of shortage I'm not aware of? Is there a rule against fulfilling orders properly? Are you one of those restaurants who give just toppings so the customer won't complain just to save a bit of money on each pizza being made? I don't understand it. The same thing happens when you ask for double/triple cheese, 2 or 3 toppings of pepperoni or more than one topping of chicken. The fact is, you're too stingy on the portions and that is incredibly frustrating and it's unfair to charge customers extra for extra toppings when they are barely getting the default amount that would otherwise...

We have ordered 2 large pizzas (2.5hours in advanced) from pizzahut's website (associated to this store) scheduled to be delivered from 7:15 to 7:45 we have received a notification around 7:15 that the pizzas were out for delivery . At 8 o'clock we still did not received the 2 large pizzas so we called the central lines to inquired about our orders. After some waiting someone answered and we inquired about our order the agent told us that is was out for delivery and he was trying to call the store to know what's happening. The central agend told us that the store was not answering and told us to wait a bit longer. Around 8:30 we finally received the order but both pizzas was raw the dough was raw.... At this point we called central again and again they called the store to find out what happenned and nobody answered again. They told us this is not the first time they had problem with this store... NOT long after a man called Al Hd Mi called and appologized and told us that they will fire 2 more pizzas and send us it us within 20 mimutes. 45 minutes after that we still did not receive the pies. We then called central again and central decided to refund us the order and give us a 10$ credit (10 dollar for 4 people waiting 3 hours for dinner) and told us to pray for God that we will get our dinner. I asked the agent if we should expect to get our food or I should oder food from somewhere else he told us to just order something else. This how's how bad this store is even witthin the franchise... After we hung up with central we decided to call Al Hd M*i to know what's happening with our order and he told us he did not prepare it since he thought we would ask for a refund... but he did promised us that he will send us our oder in 20 minutes.... I think it is very unacepable from the store as well as from central there is no communication between them and the store also promised us to send the order but did not?? What the heck are we gonna do now it's 9:30pm without anything to eat?? The so called refund is also a problem I did not receive it yet... How do I know if I will get it. I will follow up with this refund Im not gonna pay for wasting 4 hours of me and 3 of my friends time... Not sure how pizzahut is handling its stores but this is not acceptable and I will never be ordering again at least from this store. Good luck for those who will order from there...
   Read moreThe pizza was great. It tasted the same as i remember it 25 years ago from half way across the world. However, the 1 star is because i can't put 0. I had to throw the appetizers and the dessert as is in the garbage because of their aluminum containers. effectively throwing away ~15$ just because they didn't use a 25 cents cardboard container. i really regret that 5$ tip i left for a takeout restaurant that has no service to be tipped. The awesome smelling barbecue chicken wings were wrapped in aluminum foil. And the chocolate pie was baked in an aluminum pan. It's an old confirmed fact that aluminum leaches into hot food, and acidic liquids. I Will not go back even if the pizza is good, because I can't trust the morals of that chain if they straight up serve half their food in aluminum.
