Gonna start off by saying that this place isn't bad by any means whatsoever. However, it isn't bomb either. The General Tao chicken tasted like it was dipped in BBQ sauce instead of the classic General Tao sauce. It was also very mild, although I'd asked for the spicy sauce. I'll let it slide as spiciness is relative. Furthermore, I was told vegetables were in abundance in the General tao. Still, I felt betrayed by the couple of short pieces of bell peppers. Great first experience with o wok restaurant. Ordered the food for delivery on a Thursday night and the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful and the the delivery took 30 minutes and that was great food was hot. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the food was good but I wish it would have been wow. Je dois donner mon avis parce que j'ai fait livrer le 29 août et j'ai demandé un repas pour 2, general tao. Jusque là tout est correct. Je demande aussi un plat de boeuf sesame à 18.35+ tx. (Le plat ne vient pas avec du riz, ça m'a coûté un extra). Ma commande est arrivée en un temps rapide, mais le plat de boeuf sesame était à environ rempli au tiers du contenant, même pas une portion pour une personne. J'ai pris une photo et ai appelé au restaurant pour demander qu'on me rembourse ou qu'on m'envoie un repas complet. Le service à été pitoyable. On me dit que c'est la portion habituelle ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas et finalement on me fait attendre en ligne avant de bloquer mon numéro, donc j'ai dû me déplacer pour un remboursement. Ce restaurant n'offre aucun service à la clientèle et après avoir commandé qques fois, cet incident m'a convaincue de ne plus commander.
