This girl with glasses and curly brownish red hair gives the worst customer service i have seen and experienced in my whole life. It’s not the first time i have a bad experience with this worker, this is the third time. This time i was with my friend looking at the menu to see what we wanted to eat… she tells us « are you guys only looking at the menu or you’re going to order » in an arrogant tone. If we’re looking at the menu it’s because we are going to order something, like i don’t know people that come into restaurants to simply just look at the damn menu and not order. it’s logical. in a fast food restauration like subway, customer service should be considered bare minimum, this is literally your job and if you’re not able to comply and do it properly then maybe the worker should find a job that requires her to be less competent. this is the image the worker is...
