Me and my husband often came here and it's me who usually order for both of us. We order directly in the counter because is usualy faster than the drive through. My last visit I order for both of us, but when coffee was ready we realized they only took the order for a single person, the guy explained to me that when there are two people, each one has to order their own things (?!). So, we got in line again to order the other coffee, then a girl with glasses came with only one sandwich, so we explained that we ordered two and she just started a rant, rambling things. Even other woman in the line told her "hey! that's not the way you address to your clients". At this point my husband was upset, and the lady with a very loud tone of voice came saying that if we were rude they were going to respond the same way... when it was the other way around. Read moreWorst Tim I have ever seen. I’ve Been there 4 or 5 times and it just keeps getting worse. First time they just completely forgot half of my order and I could see the employee that took my order just walking around in circles not doing anything while I was waiting for her to notice for like 20 minutes. Second time it said they were open but the door was locked. The two other times the employees were just completely rude and it took so long for me to order when I was the only client waiting . More than once I waited for like 10-15 minutes before leaving because no one would come to take my order or even say something like « we’ll be here in a minute ». Read moreThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. He wasn’t wearing a hair net, beard net, or even a proper uniform. At one point, I saw him come out of the bathroom and not wash his hands — completely unacceptable for someone handling food.
I also asked him to check the balance on my gift card, and he flat-out refused to help in a very disrespectful manner. One of the employees even tried to show him how to do it, and he pushed her hand away from the screen. I didn’t want to cause a scene, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and could easily be reported to the customer protection office.
