Bollywood Indian restaurant in St-Hubert. Brilliant Indian Food on the South shore of Montreal. 10 percent off to pickup at counter and pay cash. Choley Bhaturey, a famous channa masala was unbelievable. The delicate fried bread served with it is worth the dish itself. Tandoori Chicken. Excellent. Daal Makhni, black lentils in a brown sauce. Succulent. Manchurian entré. Szechuan flavours in Indian food with fried breaded veg topped in a vegetable sauce. A revelation, that’s a repeat order. Butter Chicken maybe lacking in Chicken chunks but their sauce was amazing. We took it Indian style, less pop and more deep cream tomato spice flavour. Beautiful colour and aroma. The Saag Paneer was the best I’ve tasted in a while. Deep flavours of creamy spinach buffered by floating buoys of paneer chunks in the creamy spinach sauce. Really tasty stuff. My favourite dish and they were all good. The Navratan Korma was delicate. Faded a bit next to the powerful flavours around it but on its own a delicacy. Paneer au piments, incredible flavour. Paneer felt homemade. The Aubergine was light and sweet. Naan bread, cheese and onion. Superior. I'm sure the garlic would be as well. Magnificent to dip in all the sauces. The Kachumbar salad was not what we expected but what the heck do I know about Indian… whatever they gave us it was fresh, with a light creamy sauce. Perfect counterpoint. Everything was served fresh and that’s really appreciated. It was our anniversary and Valentines. Gift of a Rose a nice touch. Eat this when you want to feel luxurious but not break bank. Order lots a la carte and get leftovers for at least 2 more meals for two. Warm and lovely family run place. Will be back...

This is a restaurant that you are lucky to find once in a lifetime. Every time I leave Burlington to visit Montreal, I make sure to visit. There is nothing in VT that can compare to quality, dedication, creativity and care they put into every dish. This is a family owned restaurant that provides delicious michelin star quality meals. The owner provides outstanding customer service both in French and English. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcome and checks in frequently to make sure that you enjoyed your meal and orders for more naan, drinks, maybe another meal to go are quickly taken care of.

Her mother created all the recipes and supervises the kitchen, so everything that comes out is made to perfection. Trust me, you will want to take the cooking class because these are dishes we all need to have in your home! I pray one day they sell their special blend of spices for the tikka masala and jar the butter chicken sauce. Trust me you need to try the butter chicken, it will make your day if not your week!

It's a wonderful thing to experience the love, dedication, and history of the food. It's a perfect marriage between Indian and French cuisine, as they take the classics like chicken tika masala and butter chicken and add new levels of enjoyment and making it a more savory dish. The French influence is felt in the creaminess of the butter chicken, which just so smooth and delightful. Everything is perfectly spiced and made to perfection. If I could give it more than 5...

Vast vegetarian variety; Bollywood is a complete culinary experience. Food is such a big part of life so when eating out, I like to make it count; I read reviews and do a little research all in the hopes of finding that quaint little restaurant with great food, service, atmosphere and even décor! (the attention to detail can say a lot about the effort that is going into the food). Not to mention, my daughter had been insisting that I try Bollywood Restaurant. I had the Channa Masala, the Saag Paneer the Paneer Pakoras, and my sister (non-veggie) had the Tandoori, Garlic Naan, Basmati rice… everything was excellent. We met Jeeti, who was very attentive, friendly, and down to earth (I believe she was the founder who had returned in recent weeks). Portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. I look forward to my next visit as there were many other options that I would like to explore. They also have entertainment on Fridays which I think would add even more to an already...

Portion is not a lot, If you don't eat much and don't mind the price then i guess its good.*** I came here on a friday night with some friends, looking for some good indian food. Yes it was pretty good, had the kormas lamb, Madras beef, Butter chicken and a vegetable dish. The food was flavorful, the sauce was good. It was spicy but not up there, should have tried the vindaloo. Now you may think why I gave such low rating. Each of these dishes were $12-15 and you have to order rice and naan on the side. It adds up quick. The food came and the portions were too small (8-9 cubes of meat in each). It might fill you up if you eat the rice and naan with the sauce as it is very fatty/heavy. Then we waited more than 1 hour for the food to come. I think they said there were a lot of orders at same time and they did give us some freebies (Thank you) and came to apologize for having us wait. The decor of the place is nice and service was good and polite else than that.

One of the most beautiful Indian restaurants I’ve ever stepped my feet in. The place is very clean. We tried the “onion bhajii” and “manchurian” for starters. They were delicious. For main course we had butter chicken and “madrasi malai “ both very very well flavoured. I love how the staff is dressed is Indian clothes. It really makes the place authentic. The owner of the place came to greet us and she even offered us tea and dessert on the house. The dessert was homemade unlike other Indian restaurants I’ve been too. It was delicious as well. It was our first visit and i can feel this restaurant being a place I’d go back a couple of times per month. By far this is the best Indian restaurants on the south shore of Montreal!!(I’ve tried 5 others restaurants on the south shore for a comparison)
