Victoria Szechuan — Restaurant in Longueuil

The food is good although sometimes the sauce can be over cooked for general toa as example but overall its decent price and has flavour and isn't overly fatty.

Their opening times are not great and they're closed on Mondays which is weird for a restaurant... The place feels like it could really be successful if they put effort into things.

The delivery is fast but it's a bit awkward. It almost feels like the guy who cooked your meal is the same guy who got in the car and drove to deliver it. I'm not sure.

Hope they fix things with how they run the place because the food is good.

Update: I left a 3 star rating a year ago but they have improved! I usually just pick up rather than deliver. They're very friendly. The place always seems a bit quiet but they probably get a lot of take outs etc. Whenever I do come the place is nicely set up and there's one or two tables and the people eating there seem to feel cozy and like they have the whole restaurant for themselves.

The best Chinese food you can eat in Mtl. The chef is amazing. The service was great, the waitress was extremely attentive and kind, and the food was delicious and incredibly fresh. We had Combo 1 and Combo 3, plus Mu Shu porc, dumplings in peanut butter and spring rolls. We were 5 adults, and we couldn't finish all the food. The winner of the night was General Tao. Everything was delicious, but I have never had a General Tao like this. There are no words. Definitely, you need to try. They deliver through apps, and take out is available. However, I would suggest you eat at the restaurant since the food is recently cooked so it changes everything. The restaurant was quiet and nice. We had a great time. Absolutely recommended, and we will be back to try the rest...

It was our first time ordering and here are things to note before you do the same:

1. the prices are high for the portions
2. Delivery is run through doordash even though they don’t disclose this on the website, incurring additional fees you won’t know about until you pay.
3. they take the tip without letting you choose.
4. the dishes are not very flavourful.
5. the pricing of the spring rolls were shocking. Priced individually so be careful. 6)portions about half what you’d get anywhere.
6. the rice was tiny and 7$. Literally insane.
