I'm giving an extra star because typically I love the food that I order there and have always amazing experiences. However I ordered it through a delivery service which I usually do. And my order was the beyond burger with honey garlic chicken Putin on the side. The chicken is burnt like so hard I would break a tooth if I tried to eat it so burnt unedible. The poutine has no honey garlic sauce it has no garlic dill sauce on it like it's supposed to. I do have my gravy and that's it. The burger is supposed to have barbecue sauce it does not it is supposed to have Cajun corn it does not mine came with tomato lettuce really large pieces of and a pickle. One meal I did however buy a bottle of garlic dill sauce thank God with my purchase so one meal plus one dill sauce and then taxes and delivery service and a tip ended up costing me $41 and I can't even eat it I have none of the sauces it's so overcooked and now it's cold and dry. The delivery service was wonderful there going to reimburse me the $28 that the actual burger cost cuz I even paid an extra $5 to upgrade my poutine to the honey garlic poutine which I didn't get. Nevertheless they are going to send me my money back for the order of food only. But it helps me not now I spent the last of my money to order some food because I've been working nonstop and now I can even eat I'm so disappointed and upset about this and there's nothing I can do aside from complain here I get that you guys could be busy but like the quality of this is ridiculous and I will post a...

Eating here on a Saturday afternoon there is a large table of men eating and having drinks. As they are getting ready to go they are asking the waitress if she was dancing at ralph's place the night before (The only strip club) They continue to talk about the strip club and banter with the waitress. They are all probably old enough to be her father. The table across from them is a young family with young children. Do young children need to be listening to men talking about strippers while they eat lunch. Probably not
The waitresses are all young and wearing very short shorts.
Our waitress was nice and fast. It is a shame about everything else.
It isn't a family friendly atmosphere. It would be fine if there wasn't children around and it was advertised as a Hooters or similar. They should figure out if they are a bar or a restaurant.
The chicken wings were tough as an old boot. Like chewing on a lump of rubber. The ribs were fatty. Fries were almost cold. The chicken burger was quite nice but covered in hot sauce, so be warned if you don't like spicy food. Expensive for what you get.
Lots of bad reviews but we decided to give them a shot anyway as they are new. Wish we didn't now.
I had a word with the manager and she had a genuine look of shock on her face regarding the loud stripper conversation. Let he know the food wasn't up to scratch but didn't expect a refund nor did I...
Read moreFour of us came for supper tonight. We ordered what I would consider fairly simple.. 3 wings poutines and 10 boneless wings with a side salad (instead of fries).
When the food finally arrived one order was correct but the other three orders were not. When the sauces were questioned that were put on the wings poutine they were handed to us and told “I don’t know but here you go” and the waitress walked away. The sauces ended up wrong on the poutines, and in addition the order of wings came with fries instead of the salad (which we also informed the waitress that the person who ordered the salad could not eat the fries hence the substitution). When we were finally able to track down the waitress and inform her what was going on she took back the food and requested a fix. It took 25 minutes for the poutine and an additional 10 minutes after that for the salad. At this point, most of us were done eating and our friend lost her appetite waiting so long for the salad.
There was no apologies for the mishap, we felt very shrugged off. It will be a very long time, if any before we consider...
