I visit Apartment 3 every to every other day for my staple Americano. I love having a proper coffee and espresso cafè in Sackville. I can get a quality coffee while still supporting local which having to pay exorbitant prices.

I've seen a few cafė businesses pop up in Sackville over the years, and Apartment 3 is the first that feels like it's here to stay.

Apartment 3 has 2 wonderful owners and a staff that can't be beat. Everyone here is so friendly that you'll want to stay and never leave.

The interior has loads of seating great for studying, conducting in person meetings or just catching up with friends.

I love that this little local place is so close to home for us. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome. There are 7 or 8 socially distanced tables, so if you want to sit in its a first come, first serve situation. I love that they sell the art on the walls - to help local artists get exposure! I'd share a photo of the cookie I bought but it fell into my mouth by accident before I had the chance - it was quite tasty! I had a London Fog, and my friend had a latte. Both were delicious! Not too sweet or bitter, and not too hot! The decor is simple and clean, and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. They even have a drive through! I’ve been coming here consistently for the past few years and have always had excellent service and top quality hot drinks. I wanted to leave a review after my experience this morning. I ordered an Americano in the drive thru and didn’t realize until I got to the window that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I explained to the woman at the window my situation and that I wouldn’t be able to get my morning coffee. To my surprise she said “it’s on me!” Seriously a much needed pick-me-up to start my Monday and a very kind act that won’t be forgotten. I will be back - probably tomorrow! Thank you...
