Genuinely the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had, and we’ve tried restaurants all across the province. Fully understandable that meals vary from restaurant to restaurant, but when the meals have no semblance to the meals you get at every other restaurant, something isn’t right. Many of their menu items are staples of Canadian Chinese restaurants and should all be fairly similar across restaurants.
Spring rolls were curry flavour and thick breading similar to samosas, not light and flaky. The chicken Lo mein was a chewy ramen noodle with a thick beef sauce, and the general tao was lightly seasoned chicken tenders instead of small cuts in the typical dark sauce and no rice. Seriously, look at the picture I attached and then google general tao, does that look even close?

The sauces are all so bland and gelatinous, way too much corn starch in used making the sauce filmy and thick. The menu is very unclear as to what you're getting. Chow mein is supposed to be egg noodles and the dish we got was chop sue with a package of dried cracker sticks...the spring rolls had nothing but chewy vermicelli noodles in it.
