This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Went through the drive through. Rude staff person who seemed irritated that we were ordering anything at all. They were out of eggs so we ordered a few red eye ice caps and a wrap. I used the app to get one of our drinks free. The person charged us and didn't scan the phone until we asked several times. Then we still got charged and when we asked about it her answer was "well you already paid"... We asked for a manager who said we didn't activate the promo, which we had. Finally the actual manager came up and told us that the red eye is a specialty item and isn't included. No mention of this on the app. Just says ice cap... Everyone except the manager was rude and unhelpful. We were in a rush so we left and weren't going to waste 20 minutes for a 3 dollar drink, but the experience was extremely dissapointing and judging by other reviews, not uncommon... Better off stopping at the Starbucks in...
Read moreI am extremely disapointed with my experiance today. I was given the wrong order of coffee and told i needed to keep it in my car and they refused to give me my coffee until i took the wrong coffee back ( which i had placed on the ledge of the window )
I understand there are rules with covid, but I only have one spot for my coffee in my vehicle and there was no safe place to put a second coffee in my vehicle so i could drive She told me to drop it on the ground before she would give me my actual order
Then i found out she cashed out the wrong order . At this point I just left
The frustrating part is that instead of helping me she messed up the order because she was giggling and talking about a shopping trip and buying blinds rather then paying attention to doing her job properly

Read moreVery unfriendly staff which I’ve seen other reviews mention as well. My business partner used to frequent this Tim Hortons up until recently and mentioned to avoid it. I decided to give it a try regardless as I’ve only used this location a couple times. I am actually shocked by how rude the staff is here, I can’t imagine how the work environment must be for employees here when the customers seem to often complain about rude service. I’m not sure if the positive reviews are simply coming from other employees or friends of management because I can’t imagine someone having a positive experience here. I think change in management might be required here, and watching how the staff interacts with paying customers as you’ve lost...
