TL;Dr 1/3 orders burnt poor service and language barrier but orders not burnt is classic homemade hand crafted dumplings
I ordered A1, B1, and B3 since B2 was out. You can honestly taste the freshness, which gives it a good taste along with the shrimp. Though I cannot say the same for the meat, celery, chicken, and cucumber; the shrimp had a light, fresh taste. If you are looking for light dishes, go for A1 and B1.
For the bad: my pan-fried B3 were burnt to a crispy, a bit too black for me, as every single one on one side was black or had black spots. Also, when I asked for napkins, he refused to give me any extra napkins. I don't know, but if I order $35 worth of dumplings, I deserve more than 3 napkins.

I think that's definitely a testament to the authenticity and deliciousness of Dumpling House dumplings! I'll definitely be back with the...
Read moreThis place is amazing! Everything made fresh to order. The man was super nice and friendly.
I got the following:
1 order of pan fried dumplings which were fried to PERFECTION! Golden brown on all sides with an amazing crunch. Shrimp and pork filling was nice and juicy.
1 order of boiled dumplings which were also amazing. The wrapper was super thin but still held its integrity. Chive, shrimp and pork filling was delicious and flavourful.
I’m personally not a fan of chili oil but the combination of the chili oil, soy sauce and vinegar was to die for.
It was a bit pricy, 20 dumplings for 23$ but the authenticity and work that goes into it was worth it.
Def recommend over and...
