I have been eating at this place multiple times and I love the food the service is always great but today

This is how I had to eat my food today no napkins to spoons nothing because I want the beverage in to go cup I think the owner need to have a serious conversation with his staff (21/06/2024) Giving a cup is not gonna make the business go bankruptcy but it will make the clients feel unappreciated and that what makes you lose clients. There was zero respect today from the staff...

Service is alright, a little disappointed in the poutine as these reviews are saying it's amazing and it's really nothing special. The fries are sadly not those greasy soft/sweet fries you get at other competitors. They do have homemade mustard and mayonnaise. The mustard is good and I will be returning to taste...

First time ever eating here. And wow pretty surprised how good it was. Yes it may be small and may not be the prettiest place to eat inside but the food overall is pretty good. Staff here were all friendly. And the prices here are very reasonable.
