The service we got from this place when we ordered was terrible. We made an expensive order for a birthday of a good friend of mine. We expected good service, and a wonderful dinner with family and friends. And make good memories, as well as enjoying the good food, of course.
What we got was completely different. When we ordered, they mixed it up. Which happens. When we called to tell them know of the mix up, they demanded proof and ordered we bring the chicken back. They accused us of stealing. We brought back several boxes in order to get this resolved.
At the end of it all, we explained to several employee's what was happening. There response was, "we dont care, people steal from here all the time." And "its not my problem." Overall, what was expected to be a fun birthday, turned out to be a confused, cahotic nightmare. With terrible customer service at the heart of it.
If i know one thing, is that when working in customer service. The client must always come first. However, we experienced the direct opposite of that.
I understand that this may not be a pleasent place to work, and working for minimum wage at a place you dont want to be for the rest of your life, it can be hard to find the motivation to deliver good customer service.
Weve all been on a that path, weve all started in those type of jobs. But no matter what, we must keep our heads up. Deliver service with a smile. And move on up in the world.

We simply called to follow up on our order which is usually fast, only to be told we shouldnt expect fast service from them and if were not happy we can come pick it up next time. Voici quelques exemples concrets :
Lors d’une commande récente, j’ai demandé 6 lanières de poulet et n’en ai reçu que 2. Ce type de problème est récurrent, avec des instructions non respectées et des articles manquants.
J’ai fait face à quatre erreurs similaires au cours des trois derniers mois, ce qui témoigne d’un profond manque de coordination, apparemment au niveau de la cuisine.
Ce manque de sérieux dans le suivi et la gestion des commandes est d’autant plus décevant que, jusqu’à récemment, votre service était exemplaire. J’observe aujourd’hui une dégradation marquée qui affecte la qualité globale de l’expérience client.
