Starbucks — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

Watched Jaser and Pierre move at a pace less than a snails. All I wanted was a PSL with extra vanillas shots and cold foam. There was a MoMA nd two kids in front of me. There were no smiles, nor questions about if that was everything or if I was interested in any food. Pierre just said my total and asked if that was on cash or card before o mentioned I wanted a second drink for my girlfriend. Pierre rolled his eyes while he wrote my second order down, I then waited almost 40 minutes for Jaser to make the mom, two kids drinks, and mine. I have never worked in a Starbucks but I just feel like this is bad customer service and a heavy lack of the word haste....

Service was extremely slow. Employees seemed to not care about service or how they talk to customers. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes I had to wait another 15 for them to make 1 simple frappucino. My order was not complicated so it should not have taken this long. Also many people who ordered after me received their orders before me even they they ordered after me(a few were safeway employees). I dont think thay safeway employees should get special treatment and receive their larger more complocated orders before the people thay orders before them. Very displeased with my experience and will never be buying from this...

Neither the member who took my order nor the member who made my order were friendly, she handed me my cup that felt featherweight, and saw her only a few minutes later in street clothes, so I can guess she was rushing to go home when she made it. When I got out to my car and opened the lid it was more than an inch and a half below the top and quite a bit of foam still.

I won't be returning to this location. The staff is friendlier and the drinks are well made at the one on...
