I went to Tim Hortons today at about 11:30 ish. I was treated very rudely by their drive-through. I made two separate orders the first one having a bonus offer of two smalls for one price. We did not get it we were overcharged for that one. Then Iāve proceeded to do my second order to use points on a separate card, this time which was supposed to be free. However rather than doing any of this we were overcharged for the first and the second they did charge me for. And they proceeded to argue that there was nothing they could do so, I left without a drink and my daughter left overcharged. I called the store afterwords to talk to the supervisor. But the supervisor only left me with excuses on how they couldnāt rectify the situation. So now I am without a drink my daughter is a few dollars less. Most of this couldāve been dealt with. And my experience did not have to be so rudely given to me. I would like to add to my daughter has to have oat milk and we clearly stated to have oat milk cause sheās allergic to dairy. However, they did not do this she almost had a sip but decided to let me have a step instead. And I found out it was regular milk in there she couldāve had anaphylactic shock. I notified them of this but all they could do was apologize that she got the wrong drink. Very disappointed in my service today they are usually 100% better but, the people they had at the window at this time where a complete disgrace to the Tim...

Firstly the guy shintao was in so much hurry that he did not listen to me and hung up on me, i was keep on saying hi are you still there but nobody responded. Then i went to the station to pay and add one everything bagel they gave it but the everything bagel was completely burnt. I came inside to talk to someone about it then there was a girl Handrin came and she instead of understanding and apologizing she was very rude to us and said "so what". I asked her whats your name she said " just guess on it " and went away. I dont know how could someone treat their customers like that. We have paid for our order, they are not giving us for free. They have no right to talk to their customers like that. She was pretty sure that no one would say anything to her. I mill make sure that she gets paid for what she has done . I will take it officially against this tim hortons untill any action is taken on her. I will also post a picture along for what they called an extra toasted bagel. This tim horton is running on sub standardized basis and not following regular guidelines of tim hortons Canada wide. Someone please also guide me where can i complaint for this...
