UPDATE I was just phoned (3 hours later) by the employee who was speaking over me and made me feel so disrespected. He called to tell me the manager did supposedly contact uber eats and nothing could’ve been done. He scolded me for hanging up on him and I told him I hung up because I don’t appreciate being spoken to like that. He then told me that didn’t happen and I hung up again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. STOP DISRESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS! This is managements job. Not a worker. I’ll be writing to head office.
I find it incredibly annoying that anytime one manager is working you cannot place Uber Eats orders. We don’t have a lot of options in town and it’s getting to be obnoxious. I called and spoke with the one manager today at 12:00pm (30 mins after placing our order) and he told me he recieved no orders at all from Uber Eats. However, I could HEAR the notifications coming in.
This is the 3rd time this has happened. We’ve only ordered 4x. THEN the manager said he would contact uber eats and call me back and I had to call back 40 mins later to only be told that they had no means of contacting support.
I’ve worked as a bartender/ manager for the ENTIRE duration of the Uber Eats program operation and I KNOW that’s not how it works. The employee kept cutting me off like my words meant nothing.
I also find it appalling that HARD WORKING Canadians cannot get jobs with Subway in Melville but the jobs are given to people who hate their jobs and are blatantly ignorant to customers.
Without your customers you have no job and it’s a small community in a trying economy.
I won’t ever be supporting this business again and I will happily share my experiences of laziness, dishonesty and blatant disrespect at the hands of the men working today and the 2 other times this exact thing...

I showed him it said MVP rewards, I have it on my App. Should I order online to get the deal?? It was clearly a no. Their payment machine asks for phone number or scan rewards. He did not have me do anything but tap to pay. This happened last year when I tried a Promo deal here as well. It was for free cookie with sub purchase, he said, we don’t do that. We will go to Yorkton in future because this is a significant price difference and they will not honour App deals...
Read moreThis subway was amazing when it first opened. But has got worse and worse. Now its simply trash. There is no attention to detail by staff, the vegetables and toppings are gross. Lettuce is brown and wilty, most other are frozen to the sides of the container. Definitely not fresh. Their prep board never gets cleaned. If this is the way the front of house looks, what is to be said about what goes on behind the front counter? This review has been a long time coming as I had hopes it would improve....
