Western Pizza — Restaurant in Melville

UPDATE: When getting our Pizza after about 10 minutes, not bad at all, they apologized about 9 times and gave us 2 free bottles of pop. My boyfriend and I drove all the way from Stockholm just to get a pizza. we ordered it and waited half an hour, no problem... When we came to pick it up we were $3 short. While he was back in the truck looking for $3 a native couple took our pizza! When he went back in and paid for the pizza they told us we took it. When he said he did not take the pizza the girl at the counter argued that he did. He had to tell the manager to go check the cameras. I can only assume this is because my boyfriend has a mohawk!!! We traveled all this way, after a long day seeding in the field, just to be treated like this. Thank you for making us a new pizza but horrible customer service at the start. You do not need to be stereotypical like that especially when I'm sitting right out front of the store in the truck with no pizza! You shouldn't argue with the customer like that and just assume we are trying to get free food, always look into it before you assume and accuse!! Thank you to the 2 gentlemen who came outside to our truck to apologize. Make sure that girl at the front counter gets things looked into before she starts telling a customer they are wrong right off the bat, it would make you honest customers feel a lot more...

have only attended twice, first time we ordered steak, and grill cheese for my son, waited nearly an hour, and the food arrived COLD it was not busy when we arrived, plate was dirty that my tea cup was served on and there was a hair on the plate maybe 1 other customer was there who had already been served. Steak wasnt cooked how asked, fries were ice cold, my sons grill cheese was cold, everything that arrived to our table was cold when it was suppossed to be hot,

waitress appologized immensley and offered us new meals, which we declined, unfortunetly we had to go because we had already waited an hour and couldnt wait again, swore we would never go back we were not charged for our meals

went back in july, waitress recognized us and we immediately heard her say something to the cooks

this time around our food was served hot, our orders correct, and our dishes clean.

have ordered pizza a few times, its hit or miss, its either a bit over cooked, or so soggy that its falling apart and you cant eat it.

used to love this place growing up, and i hope they can figure out whats going on and correct the issues and concerns customers...

I started out by asking the server about vegan options. She had to check with the kitchen. She came back and said there were no vegan foods available. I then asked about tossed salad and sweet potato fries. She went to the kitchen again and returned, saying she didn't know the ingredients in the fries, but yes to the salad. I asked if she could check the ingredients on the box of fries, which apparently had not occurred to the kitchen staff. After all that, they were, in fact, vegan. My tossed salad was uninspired, with a couple slices of cucumber and sad tomato. The sweet potato fries were undercooked and soggy. The server was friendly and didn't seem bothered by the multiple trips to the kitchen. Kitchen staff could have been...
