Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Melville

I always hate having to leave a negative review for a small town business. This however was an encounter like no other. I went through the Tim Hortons drive-thru and ordered a bagel and coffee on my way through town. The food itself was typical of Tim Hortons. The consistency of their food doesn't change from location to location. Normally their staff is pretty consistent too. Sometimes someone is misinformed or is still learning and mistakes happen. This encounter however cannot be brushed off as a mistake. My two dogs go with me everywhere. And I mean everywhere. So needless to say, we have been through our fair share of drive-thrus together, including many Tim Hortons. Every other. Tim Hortons that I have been to in Canada, gives my dogs each a timbit. I asked the gentleman today if my dogs could have their timbit. He told me if I paid for it. I told him that every other Tim Hortons gives my dog a timbit. His response was well then go everywhere else. He then turned around and walked away. Well sir, your attitude has just made sure that I will never return to this location again. I will also share this story wherever and whenever I have the opportunity to do so. Perhaps your horrendous attitude will inspire others...

Took them a min to stop talking with each other and decide who was going to come take my order. I got Tim bits that were still warm so I really liked that but they were still discussing outside of work topics while making my order and they forgot to make my coffee and walked away from the counter to go talk to a friend that was at the drive thru... I had to wait and try to get someone's attention so that they could make my coffee I would say I waited about 10 mins before I got someone's attention. I'm all for having fun and discussion while at work but to deliver great customer service... you need to focus on your customer as if they are the most important guest in your store .. after your done with the guest go back to chatting with the other staff and as long as your having fun while doing your work then your all ok with me!!! So keep having fun !!!!!! My coffee was perfect and the tim bits to die for...

My husband and I have opportunity to visit Tim Hortons both east and west of where we live in the country. The Melville location east of our residence it fantastic. We use the drive through lots. Every employee is pleasant and the products are always satisfactory. The french vanilla beverages are always consistent in flavour. The staff for the drive through are efficient and pleasant with Harry being "the best". We very much enjoy every stop at this location. If we ever go into the facility, the staff at the counter and within are also mostly all very pleasant and the facility is very clean. Great job all and thanks Mark for the standards you instill of your staff. Today was dine-in. Chicken parmeson flatbread was my choice, for the first time. Very tasty and...
