Chez Loulou — Restaurant in Mercier

Definitely did not feel welcomed here at all. The older waitresse served and took care of her multiple customers before telling me to sit anywhere. The busboy with all the tatoos offered me coffee minutes after I sit down. He completely ignores me when I ask for water. A local sits behind and are immediately served water and coffee. The waitress never checked in or asked anything after being served food.

I got the Mc dodo which was over priced and below average. Tons of butter on the English muffin, one measly egg, decent bacon and unmelted cheese. The potatoes varied temperatures oddly as well. Not worth the price at all. I rather eat at Tim Hortons instead of this place.

Food was mediocre at best. The server I guess is also the owner since everyone was calling her Loulou. She was not very warm or accommodating, I was trying to ask questions and she was walking away and tending to other customers. She seemed to be nice mainly to her regulars that she was familiar with but not to us new comers. I ordered the basic eggs, bacon and a side pancake style of plate. Coffee was watered down and lukewarm. The beans came in a plastic tiny cup and she brought me my toast almost at the end of my meal and the total was almost 20$.
